Approved subscription projects have a $0 upfront website-design cost. The service is billed at $150 per month with a twelve-month minimum initial term. Any separately approved third-party expenses, additional pages, advanced functionality, or services outside the standard scope are quoted separately.
The standard subscription includes up to five developed pages. A typical structure may include Home, About, Services, a supporting service or information page, and Contact. Additional pages can be quoted according to the content, design, functionality, and development work required.
You can request ongoing reasonable changes to the content, images, links, calls to action, and existing page sections within the agreed website scope. A completely new page, a major redesign, new functionality, ecommerce, integrations, or extensive content production is not treated as a routine edit and will be quoted before work begins.
Yes. The subscription has a twelve-month minimum initial term. After that initial commitment, the service can continue under the applicable agreement terms or be cancelled according to the cancellation requirements in your written agreement.
The website remains the property of ITsPaul as part of the subscription service and is not transferred after cancellation. You retain your domain, where applicable, and the business content you supplied. These ownership and cancellation terms should also be confirmed in the written website agreement before the project begins.
ITsPaul reviews your business, requested pages, content needs, functionality, timeline, and ongoing support requirements. The subscription is intended for focused small-business websites, so projects with a larger or more complex scope may receive a custom website recommendation instead.
Additional pages, advanced booking systems, ecommerce, memberships, portals, complex integrations, custom applications, extensive content production, photography, or major redesign work can be quoted separately. You will receive the added scope and cost before that work begins.
ITsPaul manages the website hosting and the routine technical work required to keep the agreed website functioning. This can include WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates, security measures, monitoring, performance checks, and resolution of technical issues within the supported website scope.
Yes. ITsPaul installs either Google Analytics or Koko Analytics so the website can collect useful information about visits and activity. More advanced dashboards, conversion tracking, advertising integrations, consent systems, or reporting requirements may require additional scope.
The website is built with a responsive structure and practical search-readiness considerations, but an ongoing SEO campaign is not included in the standard $150 monthly website subscription. Keyword strategy, ongoing content development, local SEO, authority building, and monthly ranking work are available as separate services.
Domain registration and renewal, business email, paid software, premium plugins, and third-party services are separate unless they are specifically listed in your written proposal. If a domain is purchased through ITsPaul on your behalf, the domain remains yours after cancellation.
