Best times: Wednesday at 11 a.m. and Friday from 10 a.m.–11 a.m.
Best day: Wednesday
Worst day: Sunday


Instagram tends to have a steady engagement from Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm. Early morning before 6am and after 9pm usages tends to drop which means you will receive less engagements. Usage of the platform also trends lower on weekends as people are out and about so stick with posting mid day during the week when posting on Instagram.

Best Times To Post On Facebook

Best times: Wednesday, 11 a.m. and 1–2 p.m.
Best day: Wednesday
Worst day: Sunday


Facebook and Instagram are more or less identical. Both Facebook and Instagram claim Wednesday at 11am as the best day and time to post. However Tuesday and Thursday between 8am and 3pm is also a safe time to post. In general Monday through Friday between 8 am and 4pm are great times to post on Twitter. Specifically for Twitter, engagements does peek between 9am and 11am likely due to people using Twitter as a news platform and checking in first thing in the morning. 

Best Times To Post On LinkedIn

Best times: Wednesday from 8–10 a.m. and noon, Thursday at 9 a.m. and 1–2 p.m., and Friday at 9 a.m.
Best day: Wednesday and Thursday
Worst day: Sunday



LinkedIn is known as a platform created for business personals therefore its no surprise that the work week has the best engagement on LinkedIn.  A safe time to post on LinkedIn is between 8am and 2pm on Tuesday through Friday to get engagements.
